was established on January 4th, 2010, (which was the date when the license was issued) inside Misrata Free Zone, by Sumitomo Corporation (Japanese Company) under the approval of Misrata Free Zone according to Law No.9. Toyota Libya is appointed by Toyota Motors Corporation as an authorized and exclusive distributor of Toyota Products in Libya.

Toyota Libya currently has a head office inside Misrata Free zone, in Misrata-Libya, Tripoli Tower, Tripoli-Libya, a representative office in Istanbul, Turkey. With more than 90 Employees; with a percentage of 83% Libyan employees.
